MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisc.—Kohl’s will be the exclusive retailer for VF. Corp.’s recently acquired Rock & Republic brand. Under the long-term licensing agreement, Rock & Republic jeans, accessories and other apparel will be sold at nationwide Kohl’s stores beginning spring 2012.
The deal is the first for VF’s new Retail Licensed Brands Group. Kohl’s says that private and exclusive brands now account for nearly half of sales.
