LND Neckwear, which manufactures ties, dress shirts vests and accessories under the Steven Land brand name, is also opening a new showroom on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan this fall.
Sencer was most recently VP of sales and licensing director at MMG Neckwear, a position he held for the last five and half years. Before that he was EVP of sales and licensing director at Mulberry Neckwear for ten years.
“I am very excited to be working with LND Neckwear, a growing company that encompasses innovative designs and equally great quality products,” said Sencer. “Additionally, I am very much looking forward to reuniting with one of the most talented designers that I have had the privilege of working with in the past, Robert Taliver. I worked with Robert for close to 10 years at Martin Wong Neck Wear of Napa CA. I know that for us the best is yet to come!”
Steven Landman, founder of LND Neckwear, added, “I am very excited to have Jeff join our company and with his many years of experience in the men’s neckwear and accessory market, I am confident he will take Steven Land to the next level, and find new ways to make our company the leading brand in the men’s fashion arena.”
LND Neckwear was founded by Steven Landman, who began selling ties in New York City flea markets after coming to America from Israel in 1986. He worked as a neckwear buyer at his brother’s haberdashery before opening his own neckwear store, The Tie Gallery, and wholesaling ties under the Steven Land name. LND Neckwear is based in Brooklyn, NY.
