Fashion Delivers responds to disaster in the Midwest

Fashion Delivers will be collecting new clothing and home products to help fellow Americans who have been affected by the devastating tornados in the Midwest.  The charity is working with local community organizations in the region who are responding immediately to the critical needs of families who are suffering from the recent tragedy.

“Fashion Delivers is striving to meet the needs of the tornado victims and has the capacity to deliver new clothing and home goods to help our fellow Americans suffering from the devastations in theMidwest.  We are looking to the apparel and home furnishing industries to support our efforts during this critical time. Fashion Delivers will pick up and deliver product directly to the agencies serving people in need” says Allan Ellinger, Chairman of the Board of Fashion Delivers.

More than 17 million people have been affected by the tornados ranging from Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.  Families displaced from their homes are seeking new clothing and home products including bedding, towels and personal care items to help them through this terrible tragedy.

Over the past seven years, Fashion Delivers has responded to Hurricanes Rita and Katrina, the Haitian earthquake crisis and other disasters in the United States and around the world.
