Randa’s new headquarters will be near the Lord & Taylor flagship at 417 Fifth Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets. Randa has leased the entire 33,000 sq. ft. top floor. The headquarters will house the company’s Swank and Trafalgar businesses along with a neckwear and leather goods design center.
Randa’s chief marketing officer David Katz said in a statement that the company would move into its new offices in January.
Randa Accessories completed its $57.3 million acquisition of Swank Inc. in May.
Randa designs, manufactures, and markets men’s belts, wallets, neckwear, small leather goods, luggage, backpacks, business cases, seasonal footwear, and gifts. Randa owns the Countess Mara, Trafalgar, Travel Gear and X-Gear brands and produces accessories under license for Levi’s, Dockers, Columbia Sportswear, Dickies, Geoffrey Beene, Perry Ellis, Nautica, Timberland, Tommy Bahama, Original Penguin, Chaps, American Living, Ben Sherman, Ike Behar, Champion, Claiborne and Weatherproof.
