NEW YORK—The Vanguards Gallery section of the MRketNY trade show has grown to 25 brands for the January show.
Michael Macko, curator of the Vanguards Gallery, commented: “I think the A/W 2013 class of the Vanguards Gallery very accurately reflects what is currently happening in menswear. People are cautiously optimistic and feeling it’s the right time to launch new brands as long as the product is differentiated and filling a niche in the marketplace.”
The brands include some from previous shows along with some newcomers: Aglini, Armstrong & Wilson, Barque, Beylerian Collection, Blue Claw Co., Camplin, Circle of Gentlemen, Edward Armah, Flint and Tinder, Hook + Albert, Lazyjack Press, Lindbergh, Loft 604, Nine In The Morning, Rosso Puro, Rotenier, S.T.E.P. USA, Shwood Eyewear, Spivey, Strong Boalt, Swiss Stays, Waskerd, Well Bred, William Huang and Without Prejudice.
MRketNY and the Vanguards Gallery are at the Javits Center in Manhattan from Sunday, January 20 through Tuesday, January 22. For more details visit mrketshow.com.
MRket, MR Magazine and MRketplace.com are operated by Business Journals Inc.
