Donovan previously held a senior executive position at Collective Brands, where he was responsible for its Global Continuous Improvement program. He has also worked for Freidman Jewelers, where he was a VP of merchandising, planning and distribution, and for Blockbuster, where he was a senior director of supply chain finance.
