Leppo, 42, who has been with Bloomingdale’s for nearly 20 years, is the Divisional Merchandise Manager, Vice President, men’s accessories, underwear, shoes and classic sportswear.

Mark Werts, founder and CEO of American Rag Cie, international specialty stores and global lifestyle brand, will receive a Lifetime Achievement award, as will Crawford Brock, who has over the last 25 years built Stanley Korshak in Dallas into a world class fashion emporium. John Malouf of Malouf’s in Lubbock, Texas will also receive a Lifetime Achievement award as he celebrates 64 years of continuous retail excellence.

In addition, MR traditionally recognizes luxury and/or contemporary merchants for their innovation and exceptional retail accomplishments. These include classic “uptown” stores and trendier “downtown” stores. This year’s winners of the Uptown Downtown awards are:

A.K. Rikk’s – Grand Rapids, Mich.
The Foursome – Plymouth, Minn.
Len Druskin – Edina, Minn.
Mr. Sid – Newton, Mass.
Need Supply – Richmond, Va.
Puritan Cape Cod – Hyannis, Mass.
Shaia’s – Birmingham, Ala.
Stag – Austin, Texas

The dinner saluting these retailers will take place at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York, on Monday evening, July 22, 2013. The approximately 250 attendees include the winners and their families/colleagues, past Lifetime Achievement or Hall of Fame inductees and vendors from across the men’s market.
