Robin Weiss has been named the new SVP of merchandising and marketing at hosiery manufacturer Keepers International, reporting to president Paul Hockley. Weiss joins Keepers as Sam Florence, the company’s longtime merchandising and marketing head, transitions to retirement.
Weiss has more than 20 years of experience in the hosiery business at Mallory & Church Corporation, MMG Corporation and Basic Resources, among other companies.
“We are tremendously excited to welcome Robin to the Keepers team,” commented Hockley. “We look forward to bringing her product development and merchandising skills, her vast market knowledge, and her extensive retail relationships to Keepers. We are confident the market will applaud this new partnership.”
“I am thrilled to be joining the Keepers team which is made up of a great group of people with a passion for the hosiery business,” added Weiss. “I look forward to bringing my years of experience to Keepers, as well as creating new and innovative products and securing additional opportunities to bring to the marketplace.”
