Neiman Marcus Adds Three to Board

Neiman MarcusNeiman Marcus Group has named Adam Brotman, Phillipe Bourguignon, and Vivek “Vic” Gundotra to its board of directors.

Brotman is the chief digital officer at Starbucks. Bourguignon is CEO of Exclusive Resort and a former chief executive of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and of Euro Disney in France. Gundotra is a former SVP of Google’s Social division.

“Adam, Philippe, and Vic bring to our board many years of collective experience in serving the luxury customer and in growing businesses through digital and international strategies—all of which are key areas in which we are looking to accelerate growth,” commented chairman David Kaplan, a senior partner at Ares Management. “Our new board members are extraordinary assets to the company, and we look forward to leveraging their expertise and unique perspectives.”

The other board members are Nora Aufreiter and Norman Axelrod.
