Traci Young, of Arnold Brant, invited me up to the showroom to see a groom and best man get fitted for their tuxedos on Friday…but this wasn’t just any wedding party…these nuptials are going to be held on the red carpet leading to the premiere of “Made of Honor” at the Ziegfeld Theatre tonight!
The wedding will be featured on this evening’s “Entertainment Tonight,” and host Mary Hart is doing the honors. Arnold Brant is donating the tuxes to groom Shaun Bollinger of Camp Hill, Penna., his best man Britton Mundy, and father of the bride Mark Golightly. Sean and his fiancée, Michelle Golightly were named winners of the Made of Honor "Get Married at the Premiere" contest, presented by Columbia Pictures and wedding Web site TheKnot.com; selected from more than 1,800 entries. The movie stars Patrick Dempsey and Michelle Monoghan, who will both be on hand to witness the nuptials.
The fitting was filmed for inclusion on tonight’s installment of “ET,” so be sure to tune in: besides Traci's winning performance, there’s a possibility that your trusty fashion director might be on screen for a second as we discussed the merits of neckties versus bowties for formalwear. Plus the groom and his best man are real cuties...I can't wait to see the bride!
Now where did I leave that box of tissues...I always cry at weddings!
