When most young guys are spending the (little) extra money they have on electronics, how can retailers entice them to spend on apparel? By making apparel the must-have accessory for their electronics! Hoodie Buddie is a hooded sweatshirt with earbuds built in to the drawstrings’ ends and has an input jack for an iPod or cell phone in the front pocket. It’s machine washable. Created and manufactured by Jerry Leigh apparel, Hoodie Buddie is offered through brands and retailers, and available for licensing worldwide. The Paul Frank Hoodie Buddie is sold at Karmaloop.com and Macy’s for about $50 suggested retail.
